The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to Whalers Village and the beach. While the ocean views are stunning, the ongoing construction really detracts from the overall experience. The service from the staff was commendable despite the chaos, but the unexpected additional charges were a disappointment. The noise from construction impacted my stay significantly, making relaxation difficult.
We had a fantastic time at this resort, mainly due to its gorgeous ocean views and family-friendly atmosphere. The accommodations in the Hokupa'a tower were spacious, offering a beautiful lanai for morning coffee. However, we encountered some discrepancies in service, particularly with pool chair reservations and cleanliness in some areas. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but improvements are needed in specific service aspects.
